How do I subscribe?
Subscriptions are purchased inside the Action Journal app. Create a website account with the same login if you want to manage your profile here; the plan itself is attached to the app store purchase.
Is there a free plan?
The Free plan is a 7-day trial with one MT5 account, manual sync up to three times a day, seven days of history and basic analytics. It is not a permanent free tier.
What is the difference between Basic and Plus?
Basic includes three MT5 accounts, automatic sync, 30 days of history, standard analytics and five CSV exports per month. Plus includes ten accounts, 60 days of history, advanced analytics and pattern detection, unlimited CSV exports, journal images and PDF exports.
Can I cancel at any time?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store you purchased through. Cancellation and renewal follow that store’s rules; cancelling stops the next renewal rather than the current period.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. Prices are listed in US dollars. The app store may add local taxes or currency conversion at checkout.
Can I use the same account on the website and the app?
Yes. The website and the mobile app share one account, so the same login works in both places.
